HVAC Foreman
This Position Is Available In Sioux Falls.
Qualifications
Preferred field experience as an HVAC Foreman and in commercial HVAC applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in reading construction documents and performing basic math.
Competence in following directions with minimal supervision.
Duties
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
Inspect equipment and materials to identify issues.
Operate tools and machinery safely.
Analyze information to make informed decisions.
Provide daily guidance to teams and train apprentices.
Complete all on-site documentation accurately.
Lead installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Attend project meetings as required.
Be available to work extra days as needed.
