Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator and Installer
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Duties
Fabricate and install sheet metal components for HVAC systems
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using specialized tools and equipment
Install ductwork, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications
Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success
